Ex-presidential fleet commander, Uko Etim Ebong forfeits N510m to FG

A former commander of the Presidential Air Fleet (PAF), Air Vice Marshal (AVM) Uko Etim Ebong, ordered by a Federal High Court in Abuja to forfeit the sum of N510 million.

Delivering the judgment on Monday, May 11. Justice Ahmed Mohammed disclosed mentioned cash contained in an account belonging to an institution, Elioenai International College.

The decision read by Justice Mohammed ordered that Ebong ought to forfeit the cash to the federal authorities of Nigeria.

This ruling got here after an expert application filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The EFCC alleged that the sum was a part of the N731 million believed to be paid to Ebong, via a firm, Magnificent 5 Ventures Limited. From the office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) with none documented agreement.
